本文分析了課程決策特徵，指出了現實課程決策中存在的一些問題；論述了課程決策的決策支持有關內容，提出「決策支持既有內容與方法上的支持，也需要智力、技術上的支持，並且這些支持不是相互孤立的，而是可以通過計算機技術、網路技術、多媒體技術、超文本技術得到有效的整合」的觀點；構建了課程決策支持系統的概念模型： （ 1 ）從概念擴張、特徵分析、技術條件和觀念更新等四個維度對課程決策支持系統作了概要性描述； （ 2 ）從技術方案維度對課程決策支持系統作了初步分析，同時提出了課程決策支持系統的幾個功能模塊，指出了這些模塊之間的關系。
