The work of this thesis lays a solid foundation for the integration of cad, capp and rp. the main work may be summ arized as follows : ( 1 ) after discussing all kinds of existing algorithms, this thesis presents a new kind of adaptive slicing algorithm that determines the slicing thickness by comprehensively considering the surface normal and the cross - sectional area. and for the same part, a comparison between the adaptive slicing and the equal - thickness slicing methods is performed
論文所做的主要工作如下： （ 1 ）在綜合考慮各種分層演算法的基礎上，提出了法線與面積綜合判定法來確定分層厚度的cad模型直接自適應分層演算法：並針對同一模型對自適應分層和等厚分層進行了比較，結果發現：自適應分層在精度方面雖然與等厚分層基本相當，但是其層數可以顯著減少，所以採用自適應分層可使成形效率顯著提高。
