    該控制系統採用高可靠性的plc可編程序控制器進行實時控制，傳感器所採集的入口舊砂溫度雙盤抽風口溫度雙盤內砂溫主電機電流及鼓風機電流等模擬量信號直接輸入plc的模擬量採集模塊，同時加砂設備運轉信號及加砂設備物料移動檢測傳感器發出的開關量信號輸入plc的開關量模塊，由cpu獲取經運算而得到加水計算依據， cpu運算結果直接由plc的開關量輸出控制粗中細加水電磁閥的開啟組合，而得到不同的加水量。
