本文針對國內熱力發電廠負荷優化分配中存在的問題，提出了廠級在線負荷優化分配系統的設計方案。該系統的成功應用將改變現在電網總調對電廠負荷控制方式，總調不再直接控制機組，而是針對整個發電廠發出負荷指令，經在線負荷優化分配系統處理后，根據分析計算結果實現各機組的負荷最優分配。
