第一百四十四條在生產、銷售的食品中摻入有毒、有害的非食品原料的，或者銷售明知摻有有毒、有害的非食品原料的食品的，處五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，並處或者單處銷售金額百分之五十以上二倍以下罰金；造成嚴重食物中毒事故或者其他嚴重食源性疾患，對人體健康造成嚴重危害的，處五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，並處銷售金額百分之五十以上二倍以下罰金；致人死亡或者對人體健康造成特別嚴重危害的，依照本法第一百四十一條的規定處罰。 -
