本文以蘇錫常實地數據為基礎，系統分析了arcgis平臺下建立「蘇錫常地區地面沉降管理信息系統」的可行性，提出了系統總體設計方案、開發模式和實現方法，並結合地面沉降專題研究的特點，制定了數據庫組織與設計框架;同時，在對系統應用模型進行詳細分析基礎上，確定了專業應用模型庫的建設方案及實現方式，並利用arcobjects （ ao ）進行了系統編程。
