環境方針根據1998年6月制定的飯能工廠環境方針，為取得iso14001新電元工業明確提出致力於環保。

Consequently, the hanno plant acquired iso 14001 certification after the preliminary and full review by the dnv certification institution, held in december 1998 and february 1999 respectively

其結果是分別於98年12月和99年2月通過dnv認證機關的預備審查和正式審查，因而飯能工廠取得了iso14001認證。
