怠速控制的目的則是保證在較低的轉速下保持汽油機具有良好的性能，我們在分析465q汽油機的具體情況的基礎上，把模糊控制理論用在汽油機怠速控制方面，用步進電機作為怠速執行機構，並以intel的80c196kb單片機為主晶元設計了怠速控制系統的軟硬體，用intel匯編語言設計了怠速主程序，軟體定時器中斷服務程序，三相單三拍步進電機正反轉子程序，延時子程序匯編軟體。
