    第四百一十五條負責辦理護照、簽證以及其他出入境證件的國家機關工作人員，對明知是企圖偷越國（邊）境的人員，予以辦理出入境證件的，或者邊防、海關等國家機關工作人員，對明知是偷越國（邊）境的人員，予以放行的，處三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情節嚴重的，處三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
