Individuals who cannot take part in the above celebration because they are looking after the sick, especially the incurably or terminally sick, in public hospitals or in any private home, will obtain the same plenary indulgence, if on 11 february they devote at least a few hours to caring for the sick in a spirit of charity, as if they were doing it to christ the lord himself cf. mt 25 : 40, with total detachment from any inclination to sin and the intention of fulfilling as soon as possible the three conditions for obtaining a plenary indulgence
在二月十一日當天，信友如須在醫院家中或其他地點照顧病人，尤其患絕癥或末期的病人，而未克參與上述慶典，但願意擺脫對任何罪惡的依戀和盡快滿全上述三項條件，並至少付出幾小時，以愛德精神照顧病人，一如為基督服務一樣參照瑪25 ： 40 ，他們亦能獲得同一全大赦。
