本文針對傳統cdma手機模塊的上層應用軟體設計中存在的代碼結構復雜，可移植性差，可擴展性差等缺點，給出了以brew平臺為上層應用設計平臺的軟體設計方案，由於在brew平臺上使用對話框控制項設計軟體存在代碼復用性低，維護不易等困難，本文在此基礎上又提出了使用窗口機制的設計方法，有效的解決了上述問題，降低了研發成本，提高了終端設備製造的技術水平，使得採用該方案設計的產品與國內外同類產品相比更具有競爭力。
