    本文首先對cax 、 pdm 、 erp之間的產品數據交換與共享作了分析,闡述了現階段pdm與cax應用系統之間實現集成的三個層次:結合國內外信息集成理論及方法的最新研究成果,綜合考慮技術上的先進性和國內中小企業的實際需要,提出並分析了三種解決集成問題的方案;基於產品信息的合理組織方法,採用express模式語言描述集成邏輯數據結構,建立了具有o - o特徵的集成數據模型以支持系統集成,並討論了集成數據模型在rdbms上的實現方法;最後開發了一個以雲內動力股份有限公司cims工程為應用背景的集成數據模型,通過利用ebom向mbom轉換的技術來實現pdm系統與erp系統之間的信息交換和共享。

    本文首先對capp 、 pdm 、 erp之間的信息集成作了分析,建立了基於pdm系統實現capp與erp的信息集成的體系結構與集成環境,劃分了設計信息集成的層次;結合國內外信息集成理論及方法的最新研究成果,綜合考慮技術上的先進性和國內中小企業的實際需要,提出並分析了四種解決集成問題的方案;在研究了產品數據模型在設計與製造過程不同階段的變化后,提出了採用對象、層次化建模技術;在統一數據模型的基礎上,以工藝設計bom為紐帶,實現capp erp系統集成的方法,最後給出了應用實例。
