The minor crime become a very serious social problem all over the world in 21st century. . some people considered the minor crime is as intractable as environment pollution and freak - out. the minor crime is also a big deal in our country, more and more people is focus on it. i choose the duty of law, of the main part of minor crime to open out my research in order to prevent the minor crime and bring forword reasonalized advice to family education, moral construction in schools and the environment that minors grow - up in.
