第七十七條以載明兌現或者提貨日期的匯票、支票、本票、債券、存款單、倉單、提單出質的，匯票、支票、本票、債券、存款單、倉單、提單兌現或者提貨日期先於債務履行期的，質權人可以在債務履行期屆滿前兌現或者提貨，並與出質人協議將兌現的價款或者提取的貨物用於提前清償所擔保的債權或者向與出質人約定的第三人提存。
