Where temporary repairs are effected to a ship at a port of loading, call or refuge, for the common safety, or of damage caused by general average sacrifice, the cost of such repairs shall be admitted as general average

Should the vessel at the expiration of this insurance be at sea or in distress or at a port of refuge or of call, she shall, provided previous notice be given to the underwriters, be held covered at a pro rata monthly premium to her port of destination
如果在本保險期屆滿時，保險船舶在海上或在遇難中，或在避難港或中途港，若事先通知保險人，並按月比例支付超期保險費，船舶將被繼續承保直至抵達目的港為止。 -
Provided that, for the purposes of this paragraph only, the cost of temporary repairs falling for consideration shall be limited to the extent that the cost of temporary repairs effected at the port of loading, call or refuge, together with either the cost of permanent repairs eventually effected or, if unrepaired at the time of the adjustment, the reasonable depreciation in the value of the vessel at the completion of the voyage exceeds the cost of permanent repairs had they been effected at the port of loading, call or refuges
但就本段而言，需要考慮的臨時修理費用，應以在裝貨港、停靠港或避難港進行臨時修理的費用與最終進行永久修理的費用之和，或如在理算時未進行修理，則與航程完成時船舶的合理貶值之和超過假如在裝貨港、停靠港或避難港進行永久修理所需費用的數額為限。
