電生理實驗方法：在73隻大鼠中，應用三管玻璃微電極細胞外記錄麻醉大鼠一側pvn神經元自發放電，用水囊充盈胃鑒別胃擴張敏感神經元（ gdsn ） ，以壓力注射儀（ pm2000b ， mdi ， usa ）經三管玻璃微電極，對核團內中文摘要單個神經元分別微量注射給予: ghrelin 、生理鹽水ns （對照） ghrelin 、 d一lys一3 ]一ghrp一6 （ ghrelin受體拮抗劑） ，觀察藥物對神經元單位放電的影響。
