Focus on the characteristics of this network, such as dynamic topology, self - organized network and service diversity, this thesis puts forward a diff - service handover algrithm based on traditional handover algrithms. in this algrithm, mobile users with realtime traffic use mobile controlled handover ( mcho ) algrithm combined with some method to avioding ping pong effect, while mobile users with non - realtime traffic imploy mobile assisted handover ( maho ) algrithm associated with some strategies to reduce network cost and guarentee route optimization. in addition, an algorithm is proposed that can realize smooth handover via creating system buffers

    針對「動中通」系統網路結構動態性、自組織性、業務多樣性等特點，本論文借鑒傳統的切換管理思想，結合具體業務模型，設計了區分業務的切換觸發演算法，即實時業務採用移動臺控制（ mobilecontrolledhandover ，簡稱mcho ）的切換方式，並輔以避免乒乓切換的措施;非實時業務採用移動臺輔助（ mobileassistedhandover ，簡稱maho ）的切換方式，並輔以減少系統開銷和路由優化的措施。
