    本文針對高校圖書館文獻采訪工作面臨的困難，在分析高校圖書館性質、任務及采訪方針和原則的基礎上，總結並提出了高校圖書館選書標準，進而建立選書體制和模式，運用決策支持系統（ dss ）的分析與設計方法，採用sybase數據庫與powerbuilder數據庫開發工具，並結合internet網上應用，經過系統分析、設計，初步實現了高校圖書館文獻采訪決策支持系統。
