Bills of lading must state that the carrying vessel is allowed to enter kuwait ports in accordance with its own regulation. a separate declaration to this effect from the owners / agent / captain of the vessel is acceptable. ( this declaration is not required if shipment is effected by uasc vessels )
提單上注名般必須是可以進行科威特港口的船，需要一份從船公司或其代理單獨的聲明來說明此起運是可以接受的，但uasc的船是不需要此份聲明。
