    方法對我院2003年1月2006年4月眼挫傷致晶狀體脫位29例（ 29眼）的資料作回顧性研究，根據不同情況採用不同的手術方式，包括前房內晶狀體的圈匙托出及前段玻璃體切除術；玻璃體內的晶狀體切除術及玻璃體切除術；半脫位者行晶狀體乳化或囊外摘出術，並均植入人工晶狀體；伴青光眼或視網膜脫離者，同時行抗青光眼手術及視網膜復位手術。
