整個系統採用閉環控制結構，使系統的抗干擾能力大大增強;為半導體製冷器量身定做的驅動電路，可以方便的調節通過tec電流的大小和方向，使tec加熱製冷靈活迅速的特點得到充分發揮;使用比例積分（ pi ）的控制方法使得溫度控制快速穩定;同時，本文還實現了溫控儀與上位機通過串列口和usb口兩種方式的通訊，實現了上位機對溫控儀的遠程控制;最後，對所研製的半導體溫度控制儀進行了性能測試，測試結果表明，半導體溫度控制儀溫控精度達到0 . 2 ，溫度穩定度小於0 . 05 ，滿足了系統設計的要求。
