本篇論文在概要分析交通運輸物流體系的理論框架，描述交通運輸物流框架體系的構成、各組成要素間的結構層次關系的基礎上，基於廣泛的調查研究和文獻資料的收集整理，對我國交通運輸物流框架體系各組成要素現狀進行了分析，尤其是通過對我國交通運輸企業開展物流服務的問卷調查結果進行統計分析，對政府宏觀管理體制環境和政策法規環境的現狀及其存在的問題進行了全面系統的闡述。
