中國科學技術大學李銀妹課題組，提出將暗場顯微術觀察光散射的技術與光鑷捕獲相結合的設想，在傳統光學顯微鏡光鑷系統上從側面耦合一束片狀激光照射樣品，在特定的激光入射位置，使樣品中粒子的散射光可通過顯微鏡成像；克服光鑷的阱位與顯微成像面以及激光照射面三者嚴格重合的技術關鍵，實現了光鑷捕獲100納米聚苯乙烯小球的同時也能在整個顯微視場中觀察納米粒子，達到了光鑷捕獲納米粒子的同時也能觀測的目的。
