本研究選用了性能穩定的硬性鎢青銅型壓電陶瓷驅動器作為驅動元件，從壓電陶瓷驅動器遲滯產生的微觀機理入手，通過對比硬性鎢青銅型壓電陶瓷驅動器和軟性鈣鈦礦型壓電陶瓷驅動器的晶體結構，研製出壓電陶瓷驅動器抗遲滯驅動方法，設計了相應的軟硬體裝置以從實驗結果上證明這種方法的正確性，並對其他影響定位精度的因素進行了特性標定實驗。His thesis presents many test results of : the superficial roughness of standard slice, aluminum slice, and glass slice by using the outline detector ; the frequency characteristic of experimenting device ; the characteristic of pivotal instruments ; the displacement characteristic of layer - piezoelectricity actuator ; tiny displacement detection. the experimental data are believable and the theoretic analysis is correct
