    本論文以直翅目、螽斯亞目、蟋蟀總科、蟋蟀科的多伊棺頭蟋( loxoblemmusdoenitzi )為材料,採用壓片法-改良苯酚品染色,研究了精子發生過程中的減數分裂階段和精子形,發現初精母第一減數分裂后不經過末期和前期直接進入中期。

    在進行理論分析和研究的基礎上,提出了因血中存在多種熒光團,且這些熒光團的電子能上又存在大量的不同的振動能,從而導致被激發的熒光團發出較寬的熒光光譜;血濃度的增大,熒光團以及其他大分子之間的距離變小,造它們之間因碰撞的能量轉移概率加大,因而易產生熒光猝滅,結果導致熒光強度的變小;血溶液中重吸收所導致的熒光猝滅和二熒光發射,以及血濃度的變化對其中熒光團能系統的影響都是導致熒光峰值波長「移」的原因;進而研究了led光誘導血產生熒光光譜的機理。
