本論文旨在研究針對惡劣環境（有隨機障礙物存在） ，使機器人在正常工作前提下，通過「感知」外界環境，迴避一切可能影響其工作的情況。另外，機器人控制方面，利用動力學代替位置控制，從而減小機器人在迴避障礙物過程中由於速度突變而引起的沖擊力，以提高其使用壽命；並利用可靠的避障演算法使其能在最短的時間內做出快速迴避的反應，以提高其智能性。
