並利用衍射理論，從模板的形式（正弦形、矩形） 、模板與傳感器間距等幾個關鍵因素出發，進行了深入的理論探討，從理論上導出了矩形模板和正弦模板的差異、模板與圖像傳感器光敏面存在間距的情況下的光場分佈;並最終導出了間距存在下圖像傳感器調制傳遞函數值測得值與標準值之間的調整系數，利用此調整系數對實驗數據進行修正後可得到更為準確的調制傳遞函數。
