    本文著重研究了加熱爐關鍵設備如:裝鋼、出鋼梁、爐前爐后輥道、燃燒控制、板坯物流跟蹤等控制對象的具體控制軟體流程、速度控制曲線、行程計算等具體控制策略和演算法,完成了攀鋼1450熱軋加熱爐基礎自動化系統( l1 )和熱工儀表的一級控制,實現板坯、測量、裝出料、物流跟蹤、加熱爐燃燒控制以及板坯庫的數據信息交換,通過plc和二級計算系統行順序、定時、聯鎖與邏輯控制,實現了操作自動化與物料系統的全線跟蹤管理。
