本文在現有專家學者的研究成果特別是許振良教授（導師）提出的預測非均質流在水平管道及向上傾斜管道流動時的速度分佈及摩阻損失的理論的基礎上，從動量守恆的角度建立了清水速度、固體顆粒速度和漿體速度之間的關系，進而推導出了向下傾斜及垂直管道沉降性漿體輸送的摩阻損失的計算公式。
