    在現場查勘基礎上,通過對丹江口水庫和小底水庫攔沙初期下遊河道演變、排洪能力變化特點對比,分析了黃河下游防洪面臨新形勢:小底水庫攔沙初期,下遊河道發生沖刷,但艾山以下窄河段沖淤變化不大,近年來形淤積萎縮狀況難以很快改觀,游河段調整劇烈,工程出險機遇增大,河道水位流量關系中水流量以下部分同流量水位明顯降低,中水流量以上部分水位降低幅度可能會明顯偏小,防洪形勢仍不容樂觀。

    本課題緊緊抓住小底水庫運用后水沙變化這一主要矛盾,通過分析研究以往典型時期水沙特點和河道演變特點,收集分析河床邊界條件變化資料,小底水庫運用后水沙資料變化,結合現有河道整治工程建設情況,總結前人研究果,重點研究三門峽水庫運用後下遊河道河勢變化規律和特點,探索小底水庫運用後下遊河勢變化情況,分析預測游河道鐵謝至神堤、神堤至鄭州鐵橋、鄭州鐵橋至東壩頭、東壩頭至高村等各個河段在2010年, 2010年至2020年期間河勢變化趨勢,為分析游河段防洪形勢,指導河道整治工程建設規劃和工程安排提供決策參考和依據。
