    本研究以武裝直升飛機防護裝甲材料為研究對象,採用真空熱壓粉末冶金結工藝制備了含sic顆粒體積分數分別為5 、 15和25的sic顆粒增強鋁基材料,結其力學性能、掃描電鏡和界面微區能譜分析結果,分析了sic _ p al材料的真空結過程中的界面現象,以及材料增強和斷裂機理,並利用hopkinson高速壓桿擊實驗系統對其從靜態到動態(應變率為3 . 3 10 ~ ( - 3 ) s ~ ( - 1 ) 5 . 2 10 ~ 3s ~ ( - 1 ) )的壓縮破壞響應進行了研究,分析了不同體積分數sic _ p al材料高應變率壓縮載荷下,材料的變形和微觀損機理,以及利用高速擊空氣炮測定了改材料制備剃度板的穿透性能。
