探討了申請的理由、保全標的物的數量及其擔保額，海事請求保全擔保的特色及其方式，反擔保的提供、數額、時間，申請錯誤的認定及其損害賠償訴訟等問題，筆者認為，法律應當明晰反擔保提供的原則或條件，數額和時間的確定應當既合理又有效率。
