1 should any party be prevented from executing the tenancy agreement due to such incidents as earthquake, typhoon, storm, fire disaster, war, rebellion and other unpredictable force majeure of which the happening and result cannot be avoided the party confronted with such force majeure shall notify the other party by cable or fax and submit, within fifteen ( 15 ) days, the detailed situations of force majeure and the certificate of the reason that the tenancy agreement or part of the tenancy agreement cannot be executed or it needed to be executed later
任何一方由於自然災害事故如地震、臺風、風暴、火災、戰爭暴亂等或其它不能預見的其發生和結果都無法避免的不可抗力的發生而受阻不能履行本租賃合同，遇到上述不可抗力影響的一方應在十五日內以電報傳真或其他方式通知一方，並提交有關此不可抗力的詳細情況以及此租約或此租約的部分無法實施或需要稍後實施的原因證明。
