本試驗以某羊場病死羊肺臟作為病料，製成病理組織切片，通過病理組織學檢查，結果表明：肺臟主要病變是肺泡細胞變為立方形或低柱狀細胞，這些細胞沿肺泡壁排列，突入肺泡腔內形成乳頭狀腺瘤結構；在氣管，支氣管腔內有灰白色泡沫狀液體，嚴重時使肺泡變為腺管狀等。Objective ： to establish the method for isolation and culture of type pneumocytes and investigate the effects of aging on the proliferative activity in cultured cells
