本文用1961 - 1999年浙江省36個氣象觀測站的降水量和氣溫資料、 1951 - 1999年全國160站的降水量和氣溫資料、 1961 - 1999年500hpa月平均高度資料和1949 - 1999年浙江省11個地市的受災面積、成災面積、耕地面積等資料，通過計算趨勢系數、變量場eof分解、旋轉eof分解、奇異譜分析和最大熵譜分析等多種統計學方法和天氣學方法，研究了浙江省氣候變化特點及旱澇災害時空分佈的特徵。Results indicate that with the approximation of _ ( 0 ) _ ( 0 ) - grtlneisen equation of state is usable to describe the release isentrope of ofhc copper in the present pressure range. in addition, the difference ( w - 2u ) becomes greater with the increase of shock pressure, where w is the measured particle velocity at the final release state ( 1 atm ) and 2u is computed from the mirror line of hugoniot
