    本文開展了平原水網地區航道網規劃方法的研究,提出了採用固定資產投資完成額與貨量回歸預測模型;平均信息量用戶最優分佈模型預測貨物o - d的分佈;容量限制動態增量綜合網路配流模型預測干航道貨物輸量和周轉量;採用用法論證干航道網規劃級,據此評定建設不同級航道的經濟合理性。

    本文在分析了我國城市發展軌道交通的必要性的基礎上,著重參考並借鑒了我國北京、上海、廣州、香港大城市已建軌道交通路的建設營模式,並從軌道交通項目的資金需求分析入手,對項目的資金籌措方式、主要融資方式、融資成本和結構、投融資模式、投資回報方式方面進行了理論的探索,並結合武漢市現有的軌道交通建設情況進行了實證分析,在對武漢市軌道交通建設資金進行了需求分析的前提下,結出一套適用於武漢市軌道交通建設的投融資模式以及投資回報方法,其中主要研究內容有: 1 、城市軌道交通項目投資估算的基本用框架; 2 、全國各城市軌道交通建設的資金需求情況以及部分重點城市的軌道交通網路規劃、已建和在建路情況; 3 、對「票務收入+沿土地開發」的軌道交通的投資回報模式進行系統的理論與實例分析; 4 、對武漢市的城市軌道交通建設的資金需求、投融資模式、投資回報方法提出了自己的觀點。
