    文摘:文冠木正丁醇提取物對二甲苯致小鼠耳腫脹、蛋清致大鼠足腫脹、角叉菜膠致小鼠足腫脹、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛細血管通透性增加、小鼠羧甲基纖維素囊中白細胞遊走、小鼠棉球肉芽腫生長均有顯著的抑制作用，同樣劑量下，文冠木正丁醇提取物對角叉菜膠致去雙側腎上腺小鼠足腫脹仍有顯著的抑制作用，且對小鼠腎上腺重量及腎上腺中維生素c的含量沒有明顯影響。
