摘要倫理學作為一門求索善的真諦及其實現的學問，在當今社會轉型和道德重建的宏觀背景下，應在以下方面進行突破：在倫理目標確立上，既要堅持主導道德的一元性，又要承認多元道德取向的現實合理性；在倫理規范建設中，不僅要設定人們行為之應然，而且要昭示這種應然之內在依據；在倫理功能向度上，既要注重貶抑人的行為之「惡」 ，且應褒揚人的行為之「善」 ；在倫理價值追求上，不僅應著眼個體的致善，而且要研究社會善的實現。
