這次從彭州農牧局選派去加拿大培訓的3位同志非常感謝因為參加了小農戶項目而有機會到加拿大培訓，通過這次在加拿大的培訓感受最深的是：學會了參與式農技推廣方法和學習方法，需求評估的過程，交流技能和教學技巧，了解了農民協會的作用，中西方文化的差異，對團隊精神有了進一步的認識和理解，在學習期間，與上級部門和其它項目點的同志加強了溝通，對小農戶項目有了更深入的認識，希望回來之後更好地開展工作。
