  1. Deviation is justifiable to save life or property.

  7. The salvage operation is carried out in spite of the express and reasonable prohibition on the part of the master of the ship in distress, the owner of the ship in question and the owner of the other property

    第十二條如果在簽訂本合同之前，被救助方或船長沒有明確和合理地制止，救助方對遇險的船舶及/或船上貨物、運費、燃料、物料和其他財產已提供了本合同所指的全部或部分救助服務，本合同的規定應適用於這種服務。
  9. Without the consent in writing of the salvor, the vessel or other property salved shall not be removed from the port or place at which they first arrived after the completion of the salvage operations, until satisfactory security prescribed in paragraphs ( 1 ) of this clause has been provided

    在按本條第一款規定提供擔保以前，未經救助方書面同意，不得將獲救船舶和其他財產從救助作業完成後最初抵達的港口或地點移走。
  10. Article 183 the salvage reward shall be paid by the owners of the salved ship and other property in accordance with the respective proportions which the salved values of the ship and other property bear to the total salved value
