可持續消費是一種遵循經濟規律、社會規律和自然規律，在全球環境和資源的承載能力下實現經濟增長、社會進步、最優化消費者本人和當代其他人以及後代人利益，能滿足人類的物質、精神、生態需要的消費，這要求消費方式是科學的、健康的、文明的、節約資源和保護環境的，但是當前的集團消費和居民消費中存在許多與之相悖的現象，本文將這些現象歸納為:集團消費中的政務和職務消費中的浪費，居民消費中的直線型消費、物質消費和精神消費的不協調、延期消費、超前消費以及人情消費中的浪費資源、污染環境、破壞社會風氣、不利於人的全面發展和影響有效需求擴大等方面。The improved ausmwk scheme was extended on the three - dimensional flow field. three complicated 3d flow which included a supersonic flow at the comer of the intersecting wedges, a hypersonic flow in the lifting - body configuration and a flow in the rotating frame were numerically simulated by using ausmwk. results showed that the improved scheme could predict the complex turbulent flow more effectively than the original one.
