    學位論義小同ca卜濃度對斑節對蝦光感受器的形響3 .外界不同鈣濃度對斑節對蝦光感受器細胞內所儲存的鈣的影響應用草酸一焦酸鹽結合的沉澱技術研究斑節對蝦光感受器細胞在不同ca之『濃度條件下胞內儲存的ca2 +變化,其電鏡觀察表明:在高鈣溶液培育后,細胞內的多囊體、色素顆粒、板膜體中都存在大量的焦酸鈣沉澱的黑色顆粒,線粒體中未發現沉澱;在生理溶液培育后,線粒體中出現沉澱,而其他caz +儲存器中焦酸鈣沉澱的黑色顆粒大量減少。
