本文主要從實證的角度，在對進入慢速增長期的家電行業所遇到的問題進行分析后，認為：我國家電行業的發展受到了多種因素的制約，其中主要的因素有：體制改革的滯后、各地產業同構嚴重、核心技術尚未形成和缺乏先進的相關產業支持，在此基礎之上，結合規范研究，提出形成完整的鉆石體系是行業發展的方向，提高企業的戰略管理素質，力爭走上國際oem模式，是企業積極參與國際競爭，應對未來問題的一個有效途徑。
