本文首次建立了變風量空調系統的機理模型，並通過採用機理分析和實驗數據分析相結合的方法，建立了所研究的五輸入、五輸出的變風量空調系統的傳遞函數矩陣，並對這五個控制迴路的被控對象的非線性數學模型，採用兩種方法加以處理：第一種方法是在系統的工作點附近進行泰勒級數展開，使輸出的變化量與輸入的變化量之間呈現近似的線性關系；第二種方法是將非線性的數學模型進行分段線性化，即用分段線性化來逼近非線性化的模型。
