第二十二條本市人民政府聯合市商務局、市財政局、市監察局及項目所在地縣（市）區人民政府成立市招商引資獎勵認定委員會（以下簡稱認定委員會） ，依據本辦法規定對高級招商顧問、招商大使、招商代表處所應享受的獎勵標準、獎金數額進行認定審核；對政府協議委託招商中受託人所應獲得的中介傭金標準和數額進行審核認定；對企業自主協議委託招商中的傭金補貼標準和數額進行審核認定。 -

第二十二條本市人民政府聯合市外資辦、市財政局、市監察局及項目所在地縣（市）區人民政府成立市招商引資獎勵認定委員會（以下簡稱認定委員會） ，依據本辦法規定對高級招商顧問、招商大使、招商代表處所應享受的獎勵標準、獎金數額進行認定審核；對政府協議委託招商中受託人所應獲得的中介傭金標準和數額進行審核認定；對企業自主協議委託招商中的傭金補貼標準和數額進行審核認定。
