Upon cancellation or termination of these conditions as provided herein, the bank shall be deemed to have been authorised to deliver the cash and securities then held or at any time thereafter received by the bank to or to the order of the customer or the successors in title of the customer or in the case of joint accounts any one party thereto and in so doing the bank shall obtain a good discharge, but only after the bank s fees and expenses have first been paid and proper evidence of entitlement shall have been provided to the bank s satisfaction, all in accordance with and after compliance with all applicable laws
在按照此等條件之規定取銷或終止此等條件時，本行應被視為已獲授權將本行當時持有或在其後任何時間由本行收取之現金及證券送達客戶或客戶指定之人士或客戶或若屬聯名賬戶，則其中任何一方之業權繼承人若如此照辦時，本行將取得充份之責任解除，但只限於在根據及符合所有適用法律下，首先已支付本行之費用及開支以及已向本行提供令其滿意之擁有權之適當證明。
