通過對滑坡體工程地質條件的分析，選取滑坡體的代表性剖面建立了滑坡體的地質模型，選取極限平衡方法就滑坡體在臺階式開挖和整體開挖兩種不同開挖方式共6種具體開挖方案條件下，對滑坡體的穩定性進行了定量計算評價，提出臺階式開挖和整體開挖兩種不同開挖方式的的各開挖方案的比較結果，然後就確定的具體開挖方案開展三維有限元數值計算，並進行評價，以達到相互校核、相互驗證的目的，最後，確定出工程應用的開挖施工方案。
