    研究發現，碳纖維鍍銅石墨-銅復合材料的電摩擦磨損性能與碳纖維含量存在一最佳值，當碳纖維含量為0 . 6時，其電摩擦磨損性能最好；對于不同電流密度下的電磨損性能的比較可以發現，通電磨損時的電摩擦系數要小於機械磨損時的摩擦系數，碳纖維鍍銅石墨-銅復合材料的電摩擦系數隨電流密度增大先減小而後增大，在電流密度為15a cm ~ 2時達到最小值；通電磨損量要遠大於機械磨損量，且隨著電流密度增大，磨損量增加。
