本文把響應面方法引入到線性火工分離裝置的結構優化中，使得優化模型中的目標函數顯式化，採用大型有限元軟體對線性火工分離裝置的分離解鎖過程進行數值模擬，代替了代價昂貴的實際試驗，建立了科學合理的優化模型並求解，最終得到令人滿意的優化結果，並對優化過程中出現的問題進行了細致的分析。
