In order to push forward sustainable development of wind power generation, " the research of the mw - scale stall - regulated wind turbine generators and the key parts " has been ratified by the ministry of science and technology as one of the national high technology research and development plan ( 863 plan ). we shall form self exploit ability soon by ourselves developing and trackling some key technology, such as the total design, electric control system ( ecs ) and the design of the rotor blades, etc. during the process of localization of mw - scale wind turbine generators ( wtgs )

    為了進一步推動我國風電事業的持續發展，國家科技部將「 mw級失速型風力發電機組及其關鍵部件研製」列入「十五」國家高技術研究發展計劃（ 863計劃） ，通過自行研製和技術攻關，掌握mw級風力發電機組總體設計技術、單機電氣控制技術和葉片設計技術等關鍵部件的設計和製造技術，盡快形成自主開發能力。

    本文作為國家「十五」 863子課題?兆瓦級失速型風力發電機組電氣控制系統的研製的一部分，首先介紹了風力發電機組控制系統的相關理論，接著提出了兆瓦級失速型風電機組電控系統的總體結構，進行了有關電控系統基本功能與機組控制策略的設計，在此基礎上，提出了電控系統硬體與軟體的總體實現方案。
